1. 180-Day Refill Guarantee
Every order placed on Shop Social Fans is covered for 180 days from completion. If your follower or like count drops below the delivered amount, contact us at hello@shopsocialfans.com with your order number and we'll refill at no charge.
2. When You Are Eligible for a Full Refund
- Your order is not delivered within 7 days of payment
- We cannot deliver due to a technical limitation on our side
- You were charged twice for the same order
- You cancel the order before delivery begins
3. When Refunds Are Not Available
- Order has been fully or partially delivered as specified
- You provided an incorrect username or profile URL
- Your account was set to private during delivery
- The post or profile was deleted before completion
- You changed your username during delivery
- Refund is requested more than 30 days after order completion
4. How to Request a Refund or Refill
- Email hello@shopsocialfans.com from the address you ordered with
- Include your order number and the issue
- Our team responds within 24 hours
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5β10 business days
5. Partial Refunds
If part of an order cannot be completed (for example, due to platform-side rate limits), we issue a prorated refund for the undelivered portion.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Filing a chargeback for a delivered service may permanently disqualify you from future orders and our refill guarantee.
